International Shipping
β’ Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
β’ Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
β’ We ship to addresses within Australia, including P.O. Boxes addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
β’ You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
β’ The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
β’ DoRa Gift is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
β’ DoRa Gift is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
