At DoRa Gift, we aim to provide high-quality, personalised photo magnets. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • Customised Photo Magnet:
    All magnets are custom-made for you. Due to their personalised nature, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Please contact us at doragift.au@gmail.com to start a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at doragift.au@gmail.comΒ with photos of the issue.
  • We will assess the problem and either replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds

No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind. DueΒ to the customised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after placing an order. Once production begins, all sales are final.

Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Items

We ensure all items are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at doragift.au@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping fees and payment provider charges (e.g., PayPal, Shopify) are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. After production starts, cancellations are not possible.
